Aquarius Condominium was the first high rise built on the Island in 1977. A true beach front complex with in 50 to 60 yards of the beach. The building is a boutique style complex with a relaxing coastal vibe in mind. A large heated pool that is 8 ft deep at its deepest, community hot tub & direct beach access. Boasting beautiful beach front grounds with walking paths & 3 grilling stations. On the first floor there is a coed sauna, small exercise room with some machines. Laundry room & 3 community bathrooms available for pool & beach use. With gated parking & friendly 24 hour front desk. All 69 condos (not all are available for rent) are individually owned & operated, so each condo is set up to that owners unique style. Aquarius has condos that are perfect for a couples get away, to a multi generational family vacation. Situated near the entertainment district where it is easy to go to your favorite restaurants, bars, & shops.

In 2019 the exterior of the building was repainted & the interior of the building was updated. All of the floor tile through out the common areas of the building has been replaced. All of the hallway walls & new condo doors have been repainted to cool coastal colors. An eclectic mix of artwork & accessories have been added in the common areas through out the building.
